– No-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Advance Purchase Rates:
– Bookings made under the “Advance Purchase” or “Non-Refundable” rate plan are non-refundable and cannot be modified or canceled.
– Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
Group Bookings:
– Group bookings of 2 rooms or more may be subject to a separate cancellation policy.
– Group cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date to avoid penalty.
Late cancellations or no-shows for group bookings may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 80% of the total booking amount for each room.
Special Events and Peak Seasons:

– Refunds for cancellations will be processed back to the original form of payment within 4-5 business days.
– The hotel reserves the right to withhold any refund until satisfactory verification of the cancellation is obtained.
Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Ocean Suite Hotel, such as natural disasters or government actions, the cancellation policy may be waived or modified at the hotel’s discretion.
