Booking and Reservation Policies:

  • – All bookings are subject to availability.
  • – Guests must provide valid identification and a valid credit card at the time of check-in.
  • – Reservation confirmation will be sent via email upon successful booking.
  • – Modifications or cancellations of bookings may be subject to fees according to the hotel’s policy.

Check-in and Check-out:

  • – Check-in time is after 11:00 am, and check-out time is before 12:00 pm.
  • – Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • – Guests are responsible for any damages to the room or hotel property during their stay.

Payment and Billing:

  • – Payment for the entire stay, including taxes and any additional charges, is due upon check-in.
  • – Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Personal checks are not accepted.
  • – A valid credit card must be provided for incidentals and damages. Pre-authorization may be required.

Cancellation and No-show:

  • – Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of booking and rate plan selected.
  • – Guests must adhere to the specified cancellation period to avoid penalties.
  • – Failure to cancel a reservation within the required period may result in charges equivalent to one night’s stay.

Guest Conduct and Responsibilities:

  • – Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and adhere to hotel policies and regulations.
  • – Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas are available.
  • – Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with the hotel management.

Liability and Disclaimer:

  • – The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests’ personal property during their stay.
  • – Guests are responsible for their own safety and security while on hotel premises.
  • – The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate hotel policies or engage in disruptive behavior.

Privacy Policy:

  • – The hotel respects guests’ privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws.
  • – Personal information provided by guests will be used for booking and communication purposes only.

Force Majeure:

The hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
